The funds for membership recruitment can be used for posters or flyers, for example. In case of lectures by guest speakers, the GBM will cover the travel costs (within certain limits). This should be discussed with the office in advance.

Activities can be:

• Excursions to companies and institutes (e.g. local companies or MPIs, universities etc.)
• Lectures and symposia at the place of study with guest speakers (specialist lectures, job profiles)
• Workshops or discussion groups on specific issues
• Participation in university events: e.g. Long Night of Science
